When you plan your meeting or event at Suffolk University in the summer, or during the academic year, there are a wide range of facilities available. We can accommodate groups ranging in size from 5 to 100 people. We offer small meeting rooms, classrooms, conference rooms, dining hall space, a theatre and other function space options.
Audiovisual services and equipment, including TV/VCR/DVD, slide projectors, overhead projectors, LCD panels, and satellite downlink can be made available. Most classrooms have built in media equipment. Wireless log-in information can be provided to groups upon request.
Groups must be approved by the University before using meeting spaces. If you are interested in hosting your program at Suffolk University, please fill out the request form. Upon receiving your request, Residence Life & Housing will follow up via email with a Use of Space form and information request. Upon receiving this completed information, requests take a minimum of two weeks to review.
