Email: Students
Every registered Suffolk student is automatically provided with a Suffolk University Office 365 email account.
Initially, a unique User ID and a temporary password is assigned to all students. When registered students sign in for the first time, they are prompted to change their password. All temporary email passwords must be updated immediately. For more information, please review the Password Policy.
Access Your Email on the Web
Log in in with your Suffolk username and password.
If you do not remember your password, your password is not working, or if you have other questions about your email account, contact the IT ServiceDesk at 617-557-2000.
Account Size Limitations
The size of your email account is 100GB. This includes emails in your inbox, all attachments, sent mail, and deleted folders.
