Program Description

Suffolk University Law School and Integreon, a leading global provider of legal process outsourcing services, have launched the Client Services Innovation Program. The program offers Suffolk Law students a paid opportunity to gain valuable work experience delivering innovative legal services to corporate clients under the supervision of Integreon's legal experts.

Students accepted into the program receive training and the opportunity to work on legal outsourcing engagements encompassing a broad range of disciplines. Examples include electronic discovery and managed document review; legal research and legislative tracking; due diligence for mergers and acquisitions; contract review and drafting; compliance program support; and legal operations support in hot areas like legal spend analytics and legal process re-engineering. The experience will be invaluable in helping prepare graduates to enter the workforce with a competitive advantage.

The program is housed in a dedicated and secure on-campus 30-seat delivery center with state-of-the-art training facilities.

Students participating in the program will gain:

  • Experience delivering legal services to corporate clients, while working individually and in teams
  • Specialized training on cutting edge topics, such as legal data analytics, information governance, and the ethics of legal process outsourcing
  • Practical training in specific legal outsourcing service areas
  • Eligibility for internships at any of Integreon’s delivery centers across the globe
