Tuition costs for the 2015 regular summer school program are charged per credit hour. Please visit the Office of the Bursar online for JD and LL.M. summer rates in addition to summer dual degree program charges.
Federal direct loans and federal work study are available through the Office of Financial Aid for Suffolk Law students during the summer. Students who are enrolled at least half-time (3 law school credits, or 6 graduate school credits if in a dual degree program) in summer school, a study abroad program, C.I.L.S. Summer Internship, or another law school are eligible to apply for federal loans.
Summer Boston: Withdrawal Policy
If the form is filed and approved prior to the start of classes, student is liable for 0%
If the form is filed and approved first week of classes, student is liable for 25%
If the form is filed and approved second week of classes, student is liable for 50%
If the form is filed and approved after second week, student is liable for 100%
Courses will be offered subject to a minimum enrollment requirement. All students who register for the program will be notified in sufficient time to adjust their summer schedules. If the courses for which they have registered for do not meet minimum enrollment requirements.
