New York Attorneys
Although we are not an approved CLE provider in New York, we are recognized as an approved provider in New Hampshire & Rhode Island. Therefore, this course is eligible for New York Credit through the Approved Jurisdiction Policy (effective July, 2004). For more information, please visit New York State Unified Court System.

Will CLE Credit be available for Other States?
Attorneys should send in an application for approval to their state CLE jurisdiction; any information requested by them (detailed agenda, panelist credentials, table of contents etc…) we will provided for you upon request.

How do I request CLE credit retroactively or replace a missing certificate?
Please contact Peniey McClary for missing CLE Certificate for past Advanced Legal Studies programs @ 617.305.1655 or pmcclary@suffolk.edu.
