The Bluepages section located at the start of the Bluebook is a mini-guide to Court Documents and/or Legal Memoranda. Bluepage rules are sometimes different but are always based upon the normal non-bluepage rules.
Always check for local court citation rules for court documents. See Bluebook Table 2 for each state's court rules.
