Sara López Montero, B.S., M.H.R., Director of Operations (slopez@suffolk.es)

I am Ms. Sara Lopez and I am the Director of Operations of SUMC. I am in charge of all the operations at the Madrid Campus and I am here to help you with anything you may need. For the last 14 years I have lived and visited places such as Turkey, Germany, France, Russia, England, the U.S, and Italy. I have been traveling around the world and I have learned the importance of knowing different cultures and appreciating what each culture has to offer. I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland and a Masters in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. I was privileged to complete most of my studies through study abroad programs. I think students at SUMC have a wonderful opportunity to learn the importance of diversity in this world. In the Madrid Campus, our students have the chance to pursue their studies abroad in a wonderful country and experience a different and exciting culture. Our students have a great opportunity to learn and at the same time visit the wonderful places in the Madrid surroundings. We have many exciting activities prepared every semester tailored to our students, together with very knowledgeable and dedicated faculty. I feel privileged to be a part of the SUMC team. My doors are open, stop by and say hello any time.

 Elizabeth Baile, B.A., M.A., M.A.T., Registrar and Assessment (lebaile@suffolk.es)

I am Elizabeth Baile and I coordinate the Suffolk University Madrid Campus’s assessment program, helping the faculty and administrative staff set goals to make sure we offer you the best possible academic experience. I help design feedback questionnaires that help students communicate their thoughts about the program. I am also responsible for making sure that you are assigned a general advisor, someone who is available for you to talk to if you have problems with coursework or adjusting to life in Madrid.
