• Financial Aid

As Suffolk University Madrid Campus is a fully accredited American university operating in Spain, all U.S. federal aid can also be applied to our institution abroad. U.S. government aid is handled through the Financial Aid Office at our Suffolk home campus in Boston. The Federal Code for Suffolk University is 002218. To apply for need-based federal aid, students must submit this form:

The suggested deadline to submit the FAFSA is Febuary 15.

Suffolk Madrid Campus also offers merit scholarships to academically qualified students, currently up to $11,000 per academic year:

  • As merit scholarships are limited, the earlier a student applies, the better chance to be considered for a merit award. No extra scholarship forms are required. Scholarship recipients are typically notified by mid-March.
  • Awards are based on academic achievement (high school grades and standardized test scores), letters of recommendation, and extracurricular involvement.
  • Requires full-time enrollment.
  • Scholarships are renewable each semester at Suffolk Madrid, as long as a specific GPA is maintained.

Students from other Universities planning to attend the Suffolk University Madrid Campus for a Study Abroad Program will need to fill out a Consortium Agreement form to receive Financial Aid from their university.
