BATH PROJECT COORDINATOR
THE ROLE
We currently have a position open for a BATH PROJECT COORDINATOR in our BOSTON DESIGN CENTER.
The Bath Project Coordinator is accountable for supporting and maximizing the sales efforts within the showroom. In managing each project to completion, this individual provides the excellent experience and service our clients have come to expect of the Waterworks Brand. The Bath Project Coordinator builds collaborative internal and external relationships to drive client loyalty.
THE PERSON
Preferred Experience/Skills:
• 2+ years administrative experience, solid project management, organizational skills, and strong affinity for teamwork
• Art/Interior Design education and/or experience
• Previous inside sales experience with strong client service focus
• Experience with luxury products

JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Wilson Butler Architects is an award winning 30-person design and interiors studio based in Boston, with a national practice focused on architecture for the arts and entertainment www.wilsonbutler.com. We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer to join our expanding team.
The Junior Interior Designer works closely with our Design Team in implementing the planning and design of interior environments. Duties include but not limited to: ordering samples, contacting manufacturers’ representatives, conducting product research, computer support including redlining drawings, furniture layouts, floor and wall patterns, entering and developing schedules, assisting with presentation boards and specifications documentation for projects, and researching images for design conceptualization.
The ideal candidate will be self motivated and have the organizational skills to prioritize and balance the multiple demands within the office in order to ensure that all teams function properly and accurately. They must also possess an ability to work with clients, consultants, and manufacturers.
A professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture is required. We are looking for a recent graduate with professional internship experience or 1-4 years post school professional work experience. AutoCAD 2000i with Desktop or above required. Familiarity with color theory, fabrics, furniture design, hand sketching, Sketch-up 3-D modeling, Illustrator, Photo Shop and Power Point a plus.

Footwear Design Intern, SMU

JOB SUPERVISOR: Creative Directing Manager-Performance Footwear
Job Description:
The Footwear Design Intern will be responsible for assisting PUMA International Footwear Designers, Footwear Color Designers, Footwear Developers, and Product Line Managers meet their seasonal design objectives. Duties include design support on a wide spectrum of fashion and performance driven footwear. Projects include: Fast-paced SMU requests for creating new color/material selection and presentation preparation. Also included is creating unique, “theme/concept inspired” footwear design packages.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to team members in all aspects of the footwear design and SMU presentation preparation process.
Qualifications:
- Utilizing predetermined Color Palettes, design and specify trend relevant color and material options for footwear.
- Execute footwear design line art, detailing and technical packages in Adobe Illustrator
- Create design presentations in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Manage and update design resource tools. Including web page and data base management.
Must Demonstrate:
- Academic credit internship.
- 3-4 month assignment; Fall 2007
- Hours are flexible.
- Must currently be enrolled in college/university (sophomore level or above) seeking a degree in Art/Design, Fine Art, Graphic Design, Fashion, Apparel & Textile Design, Surface Design, or related.
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Illustrator on Mac platform is required. Additional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint is recommended.

INTERNSHIP - BOSTON UNIVERSITY
The position would entail:
- Meet with University clients to evaluate their space needs
- Develop space planning proposals and designs; full FF&E
- Coordinate installations with Information Technology, Telecommunications, Construction, vendors and clients
