The Mindful Way through Stress and Anxiety

Do you struggle to slow down, pay attention, and be present in your life?  Do you often find yourself so lost in overwhelming thoughts and emotion that you feel like you miss out on your life and fail to relax, enjoy, and live fully?  Mindfulness is a proven practice that enables you to (1) be more non-judgmental, patient, and present, (2) be more aware of your feeling, thinking, and doing in each moment, and (3) act more effectively in the situations that arise in your life.  This group uses various meditation practices, group discussion, and interactive exercises to help you find more balance, peace, and contentment - practices that you can incorporate into your everyday life.
Group Leaders:  Bryan Mendiola, Psy.D., Lucinda Bratini
Time:  Mondays, 4:00-5:30 pm
