• Suffolk’s 30 Day Wellness Challenge
The Mission:  Health & Wellness Services and Human Resources seeks to create a unified avenue of access to all of the health-related resources that students and employees have within the Suffolk community.  To achieve this, a centralized infrastructure has been created to help the Suffolk Community become more aware of what is offered on campus.  

The Challenge:
A HEALTHY competition among the Suffolk Community to work toward improved wellness!

  • Build a team of up to 4 people (or do it individually). Teams can be comprised of all students, staff, faculty or combined
  • Fill out and submit a registration sheet by March 24th, 2009.
  • Take 30 days (4 weeks) to work your way towards wellness (remember - wellness is more than just being physically fit)!
  • Fill out and submit weekly score sheets (Honesty is the BEST policy!)
  • Attend Wellness Challenge affiliated programs on campus and earn extra points (scroll down for events listing).
  • Team scores will be posted weekly on the Health & Wellness Services Website.
  • COMPETE to win numerous prizes (i.e. highest scoring team & individual, most improved,team spirit, etc)
  • Attend our Wellness Challenge Luncheon in April to congratulate everyone who participated.
  • Congratulate yourself for dedicating 4 weeks to improving your wellness.
  • KEEP IT GOING!

12-2:  Sun Damage Screening with Harvard Piligrim. The best way to prevent skin cancer is to protect yourself from the sun.
