CLEP (College Level Examination Program)

CLEP is a series of exams, each lasting 90 minutes, that allows students to display their knowledge in various subjects. CLEP tests can help students save time and money towards getting their degree, allow them to enter or re-enter college with up to one year of college credit, or by-pass introductory classes in subjects they may already know or can study independently. Students should check with the Registrars Office at their school to be sure of the credit awarded and deadlines for taking CLEP exams.
