Suffolk University’s Automobile Policy provides coverage for owned, leased or rented vehicles for the University’s employees and students while driving on University business.
Prior to leasing or renting a vehicle, the driver must submit a Driver’s Authorization Form to the Insurance / Risk Management Office. Once a motor vehicle record check has been performed by the Suffolk University police department, the department director will be informed if the driver has been cleared to drive for the University.
Please refer to the matrix below for determination of driver’s rating.
