Summer Accommodations in Downtown Boston

Suffolk offers residential accommodations for groups up to 700 people in two residence halls. Residential facilities are air-conditioned and buildings are equipped with 24-hour security and a card key access system. Residential guests have access to recreation facilities which include: computer labs, exercise facilities and TV lounges. Local telephone, high speed internet, cable television service (tv not provided) and linen service is available. A variety of dining and catering options are also available.

Check-In Procedure

When time permits, confirmation materials will emailed to you indicating which residence hall, 150 Tremont Street or 10 Somerset Street, you or your group should check into. Each residence hall has an office open from 9AM-9PM daily. Check-in begins at 2PM. Should you arrive after the office closes at 9PM, come to the building and tell the security desk that you are here to check-in. A Conference Assistant (CA) is on-call in the building and will come down to assist you.

The entrances of the residence halls are on busy streets, so you may have a difficult time securing a temporary parking place. You may wish to double-park, leave one person with your vehicle and unload your luggage. You should then proceed to one of the area parking lots while someone in your party waits with the luggage.
