• Enrollment Verification

Suffolk University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for confirmation of student enrollment. By linking to this site, you can:

  • Print a Clearinghouse Proof of Enrollment, which can be submitted to your Health Insurance, housing provider, or other organizations requiring proof of enrollment

  • View a list of your Student Loan Lenders

  • View your enrollment information submitted by your school held on file by the Clearinghouse

To access the information, click on the Verify Enrollment tab under Enrollment Certification. Follow the NSC instructions from there.

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Enrollment information is reported periodically to the NSC, so future terms may not be immediately available.  If a term for which you need an enrollment verification is not available, please submit an Enrollment Verification Request to the Office of the Registrar.

Please note: The clearinghouse is not able to process verifications requiring academic information (GPA, degree program, etc.) or enrollment verifications for semesters before Spring 1997. These requests must be processed directly through the Registrar’s Office by submitting an Enrollment Verification form.

Upon student request, the Registrar’s Office will verify to a third party enrollment status, anticipated graduation date, number of registered credit hours, major, etc. Enrollment status will be provided to state and federal funding agencies at their request. Enrollment verifications normally take two to three days. For complete information regarding disclosure of information from student records, please refer to the Family Rights and Privacy Act statement.

Status

A course load of 12 to 15 credit hours (16 credits in the case where a student is taking a lab) is considered full-time during the Fall and Spring semesters and is assessed the current undergraduate full-time tuition rate. A combined course load of 12-credits over both Summer Sessions is considered full-time , the Executive Program Sessions, and the Graduate Finance Quarters, but students are assessed tuition at a per credit rate.
