Welcome to the home of Residential Computing Services (RCS) at Suffolk University. The information on these pages applies to in-room connections and computer labs at the 150 Tremont Street and 10 Somerset Street residence halls.

Notice:

Dell Computer has initiated a recall program involving batteries sold with their Latitude, Inspiron and Precision Mobile Workstation notebook computers that were purchased between April 1st, 2004 and July 18th, 2006. These batteries may also have been provided in response to service calls. Battery replacements will be provided free of charge. Please be advised that under rare conditions, it is possible for these batteries to overheat, which could pose a risk of fire.
