Work Study Students Needed for RCS

Residential Computing Services

RCS is looking for Residential Computing Assistants (RCA’s) for the Spring 2008 semester.

RCA’s help resident students set up their computers to establish a connection to the Internet, remove viruses and spyware and help troubleshoot network problems. If you like working with people and with computers, here’s an excellent way to combine your customer service skills and your technical know-how. Qualifications Required

  • Available to work up to 20 hours a week for the entire semester/academic year
  • Proficient at organizing, managing time
  • Self-motivated (good at working independently)
  • Professional, customer-service attitude
  • Basic troubleshooting and computer skills (both Mac and Windows)
