If you are planning on submitting an IRB proposal during the 2009 - 2010 academic year and anticipate a full committee review for your IRB proposal please make a note of the proposal due date that corresponds with the meeting date. The IRB does not conduct full committee IRB meetings over the summer months, so please ensure that any proposals requiring full committee review are submitted in time for review at the May meeting.  The full committee meetings will resume in September.  All expedited reviews and exempt determinations will be reviewed year round. 

Please Note: If your proposal requires a full committee review you will be expected to attend the meeting to give a brief description of your project and engage in a Q&A session, if needed, with the committee members.
