Irene Good is currently the Director of Academic Technology at Suffolk University Law School, where she oversees both the Web Services and Computer Services departments. Irene graduated magna cum laude from Boston College prior to obtaining her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1989. Irene also has an M.L.S. from Syracuse University.
Upon graduation from law school, Irene worked as an associate for the Boston firm Hanify & King, P.C. In 1993, Irene joined the West Publishing Corporation as an Academic Representative where she was responsible for the promotion of Westlaw products at Boston College Law School, Franklin Pierce Law School and Yale Law School. After West, she joined the Boston College Law School library staff as a Legal Information Librarian and Lecturer in Law, where she co-taught a full year legal research and writing course along with specialized research seminars. In addition to her library and teaching responsibilities at Boston College, Irene became the Educational Technology Specialist in 2003. She was responsible for the integration of educational technology into the law school’s curriculum and taught the first full online course at Boston College Law School.
After assuming her current position at Suffolk University Law School in the Fall of 2007, Irene has worked on a number of significant projects. The most recent is the successful launch of an iTunes U website for the law school where students, alumni, and others can download lecture podcasts.
