Welcome to the Center for Teaching Excellence

Suffolk University’s Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) was founded to ensure that the University delivers on its promise to provide quality education through outstanding teaching.

Building on the University’s long-standing commitment to superb teaching, the CTE fosters an atmosphere where outstanding teaching is valued and rewarded. It provides a variety of resources and tools to further develop teaching knowledge and skills among Suffolk’s already highly regarded faculty.

The CTE provides programming and services to the University’s three academic units: the College of Arts and Sciences, Sawyer Business School, and Law School.

Faculty interest and participation in the Center is essential and encouraged as a means toward continuing development and success. We invite all Suffolk faculty to attend our events, and to share new ideas or comments with any member of the CTE Advisory Committee.
