Review the Abstract

It is recommended that you review the abstract describing each article before reading, printing or e-mailing the full text (if available). Reviewing the abstract will help you to determine if the article is relevant to your topic; if it is not, then you have saved time by not reading it, and/or saved paper by not printing out an article you will certainly discard later.

To read an abstract of an article, click on link for the article's title (in the red oval).

The search terms used in the search strategy will be bolded in the abstract. This will help you to determine if the article's content is relevant to your topic.
