Hours & Assistance

• Assistance is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday at the Periodicals Office.  It is located on the third floor of Sawyer Library across from the microfilm readers.
• After these hours, please inquire at the Reference Desk.
• Titles in electronic formats are available at all times from on and off campus.
• Periodicals in all formats are available whenever Sawyer Library is open. Refer to Sawyer Library hours.

Circulation

• Periodicals may not be checked out or otherwise removed from Sawyer Library.
• Many periodicals are available online. Search the library catalog for information about a specific periodical’s online availability, or browse the library’s subscribed databases.
• Photocopying machines are available throughout the library.

Microtexts

• There are 2 microfilm/microfiche readers located on the third floor of Sawyer Library.
• Microtexts are shelved alphabetically in the metal cabinets near the microfilm readers.
• Library patrons retrieve microfilm and microfiche themselves.
• All microtext readers can produce print copies of viewed material. This service is free for the Suffolk community.
