The problem is possibly an Adobe Flash issue in the web browser. Most browsers are now requiring users to enable Flash. In Chrome for instance you need to go to Settings > Advanced > Content > Flash and add the url to sites allowed to play Flash. You can verify if Flash is installed or needs to be updated by going here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/about/ My media player says it cannot find this file.
If you cannot view any of the webcasts, particularly if viewing from a place of business, the problem is likely a firewall issue. Many firewalls block streaming media servers. You may need to contact your IT department and ask them to allow you access to the webcast server. Can I get a digital copy of video?
