	SJC-10104 81 Spooner Road, LLC v. Town of Brookline Zoning-- This is a challenge to Brookline zoning by-laws restricting the size of single family homes based on floor-to-area ratio and restricting the use of attic and basement space in determining habitable space.
	SJC-10118 North American Expositions Company Limited Partnership v. Corcoran Petitioning Activity-- Whether the defendants engaged in petitioning activities under the anti-SLAPP statute and other issues arising out of the plaintiff’s action against the defendants.
