Our newest Residence Hall, completed in August 2003, is located at 10 Somerset Street in Boston.

The 10 Somerset Residence Hall has 121,000 Square Feet of living space, which includes 1 level below grade and 19 stories above grade. It houses 345 students in 147 double rooms, 19 single rooms and 8 quads.

The Residence Hall also includes:
