Suffolk University has implemented two tools from the Education Advisory Board (EAB). The Student Success Collaborative (SSC) is an advanced advising tool that allows faculty and advisors the ability to keep track of advising visits and share information. SSC also generates predictive analytics to assist advisors in making sure that students are on track to graduate or to note potential at-risk students. Learn more about SSC and find tutorials on best practices, reports, and Early Alert instructions.
Beginning in fall 2017, all Suffolk students will be encouraged to start using GUIDE, a student-facing mobile app that sends personalized notifications with information pertinent to their individual journey from orientation to graduation. These reminders can include information on upcoming deadlines, where to find particular resources, class schedules, and even tips on how to stay successful at Suffolk. Watch a short video on the benefits of GUIDE.
