University-sponsored Housing

Make your enrollment and housing deposit, and you’ll have access to University-sponsored housing, guaranteed for all incoming freshmen for two years. Our downtown Boston residence halls are located in the center of the action, steps from the public transit, shopping, restaurants, theatres, and cultural attractions that make city life so exhilarating.

  • Apartments

Once you have a confirmed University-sponsored housing space, you’ll receive a housing contract from the Department of Residence Life & Housing. If you have questions, please call 617-305-2500.

Off-Campus Housing

Visit the Off-Campus Housing Office (OCHO) for everything you need to find your new home in Greater Boston. Knowledgeable OCHO staff can:

  • Give you tips on working with Realtors, signing a lease, and identifying which neighborhoods suit you best
  • Advise you on housing budgeting
  • Help you learn your rights as a tenant
  • Assist in finding potential roommates
