Leadership Minor
The leadership minor for business students blends leadership theories with experiential learning.
In the classroom, students learn ways to create a positive culture and an engaged workforce, create and lead changes, and lead diverse multicultural teams. Outside the classroom, students participate in leadership experiences provided by the Journey Leadership Program, which can be completed over multiple years.
Our leadership minor is unique in that it fully integrates leadership theories taught in the classroom with the experiential learning in the Journey Leadership Program to maximize your leadership development.
