Beginning in fall 2018, you have an exciting new University-housing option. This housing is just for Suffolk students, and you can be among the first Rams to live here!

Built in 2015, 1047 Commonwealth Avenue has 180 co-ed units and features:

  • Micro-apartments for two or three students
  • Stainless steel appliances
  • A washer and dryer in your unit (That's right, free laundry!)
  • A dishwasher
  • Central air conditioning
  • 24/7 security
  • A full-time on-site residence director and resident assistants
  • Lounges, study spaces, and city views
  • Bike storage
  • A location right on the Green Line, 25 minutes from campus
    (And we’ll throw in a free T pass!)

Apartments are furnished with the following:

  • Beds with mattresses
  • Dressers
  • Desks with study carrels and chairs
  • Kitchen tables and chairs

Students who live in 1047 Comm Ave will have the option to buy a meal plan to use on campus if they want, but it will not be required.
