How can I rent a parking space?
Parking spaces are rented to employees on an annual basis (July 1 – June 30) for a monthly fee. The monthly fee for the current year is $380 for both locations. The monthly fee is set by the University annually prior to July 1. The fee is deducted from the employee’s pay check. A portion of the fee is pre-tax. Employees must maintain the parking contract for the entire year.
Annual rental contracts for parking spaces for motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, and similar motorized vehicles are available in Sargent Hall for $95.00 a month.
Each spring, there is an annual enrollment period for available spaces in both garages. If there are more requests for spaces than spaces available, parking contracts are issued on a seniority basis. Those who request, but do not receive a space, are placed on a waiting list for the next available space.
Employees who have been issued handicapped license placards will be given priority for an annual parking contract in the Stahl Center garage during the normal enrollment period.
