These web pages were designed by the Suffolk University Campus Mail Services Department to act as an information guide, as well as to inform you of the policies and the procedures necessary to assure efficient processing of mail through the Campus Mail Services. It is important to remember that Campus Mail Services can only run efficiently with the cooperation of the entire University community.

Our purpose is to provide Suffolk University personnel with the basics needed to help process mailing materials accurately, economically, and in accordance with U. S. Postal regulations. We also provide our users with an on-line Advance Notification of Mailings Form, access to our Office Supply List and a downloadable Supply Request Form.
