Workday is Suffolk University's single system of record for human capital (HCM) and financial management. In keeping with The Suffolk 2025 Strategic Plan, Workday continues to expand with the implementation of Workday Student, a one-stop-shop resource for students, faculty and staff to help empower students as they navigate through their educational journey.

Workday Financials Training
All classes are virtual, select a course to register.
Workday Financial Basic Transactions for All Users
All staff and faculty employees learn Workday Core concepts including navigation and Workday Mobile, as well as how to perform financial transactions such as expense reports, supplier punch-out orders (e.g., ordering directly on Amazon), and internal supply orders from the mailroom.
