Suffolk University Law School is pleased to announce the opportunity for graduates to become members of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States in open court.

To qualify for admission to the Bar of this Court, an applicant must meet the following criteria:
- Have been admitted to practice in the highest court of a State, Commonwealth, Territory or Possession, or the District of Columbia for a period of at least three years immediately before the date of application
- Must not have been the subject of any adverse disciplinary action pronounced or in effect during that 3-year period
- Must appear to the Court to be of good moral and professional character
In this open court admission, the applicant needs to be present in court on Monday, March 4, 2019, during a special session. Please note, there is a limit of 50 openings for participation in this session. Because space is limited, we will notify you if you are one of the 50 alumni who will be participating.
To be considered for an open slot, download and complete an application and send it along with a certificate of good standing and a $200 check made payable to the U.S. Supreme Court to the address below no later than Friday, January 4, 2019.
