Progress To Success
Suffolk Law’s Peer Mentoring Program
The first year of law school is filled with tough challenges and new opportunities. Your professors and other faculty advisors are here for support. But for some things, it helps to have the personal perspective of someone who has been in your shoes. At Suffolk Law, students have diverse shoes in all shapes, sizes and colors -- take advantage of the opportunity to learn from someone who has “been there, done that” to help shape your own Suffolk Law experience.
Progress To Success is a peer mentoring program designed to provide an extra layer of support to first year students. First, each participant is paired with a second- or third-year student who serves as a resource throughout the year for general questions about classes, course work, scheduling, etc. Second, participants are invited to workshops and events throughout the year with other members of the diverse Suffolk Law community – and beyond.
