Shared Apartments

You can live in a shared apartment while you're in Madrid. These apartments—which vary in size and appearance—are an easy commute to campus and have been inspected and approved by us. Hurry, though! Space is limited and selected on a first-come, first-served basis.

You'll have either a single and a double room. Apartments have a TV, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Sheets, towels, blankets, and a pillow are provided, as is a weekly cleaning service for common areas. Please note: If you use utilities in excess, you might be charged an additional fee. You'll need to provide your own cleaning products and personal toiletries for your apartment.

As an apartment resident, you'll receive a prepaid reloadable debit card to help pay for meals. To make your debit card go a long way, take advantage of the student discounts at cafeterias and restaurants near campus, and shop for food at grocery stores and cook at home.

Overnight guests are not allowed in SUMC accommodations. Suffolk students, however, can visit between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.
