“Today Show” guest Andrew Garcia, a Suffolk Law School alumnus, discusses the case of a woman who lost her husband’s ashes, military medals and family photos when Bank of America cleared out her foreclosed home. While she eventually managed to keep her home, her personal belongings were gone.

Garcia, co-founder of Phillips and Garcia, in North Dartmouth, Mass., has more than 40 similar cases around the country.

Through nearly 20 years of practicing law, Garcia remains a staunch advocate for victim's rights in cases both large and small. He practices in Massachusetts and throughout the United States.
