The Rams softball team swept a non-conference doubleheader with Becker College March 30 by scores of 5-1 and 17-3

Leadoff hitter Cali Loura led the Rams in game one, going one for four with two RBIs. Freshman pitcher Samantha McGilvray went the distance, allowing an unearned run on five hits.

Four errors led to the Becker Hawks' demise, even as Jessica Lewis pitched well for the Hawks, allowing just two earned runs over seven innings.

In game two, the Rams pounded out 18 hits in a convincing 17-3 win. Clara Conklin and Karina Bolster led with three hits each and combined for five RBIs. Eight Ram hitters had multiple hits in the game. Freshman Nikki Cignarella went two for three with three RBIs.

Rams pitcher Brooke Hirschfeld earned the win.
