Suffolk earned the No. 5 seed in the Eastern College Athletic Conference New England Championships. The Rams will travel to No. 4 seed Wheaton for a 7 p.m. game on Wednesday, Feb. 28.

Coach Ed Leyden's team has an overall record of 18-9 and was a semifinalist in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference tournament. Wheaton is 17-10 and was a also a semifinalist in its conference tournament, New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC).

The Suffolk/Wheaton winner will face the winner of the No. 1 seed Colby-Sawyer vs. No. 8 seed Rhode Island College game on Friday, March 2. The ECAC New England Championship game is scheduled for Saturday, March 3.

The ECAC New England field also includes No. 2 seed WPI, No. 3 seed Endicott, No. 6 seed Castleton State and No. 7 seed Nichols.

Admission to the game at Wheaton is $5 for adults, $2 for seniors, $1 for non-Wheaton students and children under 12 free.
