The Mildred F. Sawyer Library has added a new survey form to gather information from the University community for inclusion in the institutional self study supporting the 2012 NEASC accreditation effort. The online survey, developed by CountingOpinions in Canada, compiles replies from those completing the form concerning their perceptions, use and satsfaction with library services. An array of statistics and other metrics are created from the survey, providing the Sawyer Library with invaluable user information to cite in the accreditation report, as well as for improving library services. Several hundred libraries throughout the United States are using the survey instrument from CountingOpinions to gather and then analyze information provided by those surveyed.
