EDGAR(R) Online, Inc. announced this week, that Dean William J. O'Neill. Jr has been nominated by its Board of Directors to stand for election as director at the Company's upcoming Annual Meeting.

William O'Neill, Jr. is currently the Dean of the Sawyer Busines School at Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to this appointment, he spent thirty years (1969-1999) with the Polaroid Corporation where he held the positions of Executive Vice President of the Corporation, President of Corporate Business Development and Chief Financial Officer. He was also previously a Senior Financial Analyst at Ford Motor Company.

Dean O'Neill was a Trustee at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and is currently a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. He has been a director of CardioTech since May 2004 and was appointed Chairman on August 7, 2006. Since August 2001 he has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Concord Camera. He earned a BA at Boston College in mathematics, an MBA in finance from Wayne State University and a JD from Suffolk University Law School.

Dean O'Neill joins Mr. John Mutch, who is currently the managing partner of MV Advisors, LLC, a strategic block investment firm he founded in June 2006 in the nomination. MV Advisors provides focused investment and strategic guidance to small- and mid-cap technology companies.
