Suffolk University Law School hosted the three-day-long Giles Rich Moot Court Competition in Intellectual Property, and team members Chris Albert and Nicollette Dailey made it to the semi-finals, losing to the University of Minnesota.

Thirteen teams competed over a March weekend.

The competition is sponsored by AIPLA (American Intellectual Property Law Association). The BPLA (Boston Patent Law Association) was a financial sponsor, along with Holland & Knight.

Suffolk Law School alumnus Tom Johnston, a patent lawyer at Holland & Knight in Boston, has been the volunteer regional director for the competition for many years.
