Alumni Career Council

The Alumni Career Council comprises experienced human resources and career services professionals who advise and support the Career Development Center's efforts to guide and connect students with employment.

The council meets twice a year during the fall and spring semesters.

It aims to:

  • Provide a forum for discussion regarding industry, recruitment, and employment trends
  • Offer advice on strategies, services, and activities designed to increase career opportunities (job shadowing, internships, full-time positions) for current students and alumni
  • Provide an informal network of experienced executives in human resources and recruiting functions
  • Increase links to industry contacts, professional associations, and job opportunities
