In September 2015, Suffolk launched Workday to manage our business practices for Human Resources and Payroll. Workday enabled online access for employees and managers, transforming how we worked in areas like payroll, benefits, reporting time, and requesting time off.

The Suffolk 2025 Strategic Plan calls for investments in infrastructure, including creating a forward-looking technology environment to support the next generation of teaching, learning, research and scholarship. Much of that initiative will be addressed by expanding our implementation of Workday.

To help us meet that goal, in March 2021, we have expanded Workday to automate and streamline our financial practices and procedures.

Workday continues to transform the way Suffolk University conducts business by automating, streamlining, and standardizing current business processes. Please use this website as a resource as we continue to add functionality to Workday.

First-Time Users

For security reasons, Suffolk requires a second method of validation to confirm your identity when you log into Workday to ensure you're the one accessing your data.

When you log in, you will be prompted to enroll in Two-Factor Authentication and add a second device such as your smartphone, desk phone, or tablet. This step-by-step process is easy.
