0:00 (upbeat music) – I think the location of Suffolk is absolutely amazing. There's a buzz, there's an excitement in the air.

0:07 You feel like you're part of something big. – We are right next to dozens and dozens of employers.

0:12 Your future employer, you know, is probably right around the corner.

0:15 – I knew I kind of wanted a city school and I kind of fell in love with the area. We got TD Garden right down the street from us. We got Fenway a few blocks away. It's amazing.

0:25 – We are next to two superior courts, two district courts, and we have the state house.

0:29 We have faculty members who are also from these agencies that will walk over and teach classes here at Suffolk.

David J. Sargent Hall is the home of Suffolk University Law School and the Adams Gallery.

Stahl Center Lobby

At the Rosalie K. Stahl Center you will find the President’s and Deans’ offices, as well as professors' offices, the Counseling, Health and Wellness Center, and our Division of Student Success. The Stahl Center also houses our Studio 73, the 73 Café, the Mildred F. Sawyer Library, classrooms and student lounge space, our VR/AR laboratory, Welcome Center and much more.

Moakley Library

The Moakley Law Library occupies floors six and seven of Sargent Hall with its entrance located on the sixth floor and wireless Internet access throughout. The Law Library provides comfortable research and study areas, study rooms and study carrels—all wired for Internet access.

Students, faculty, and attorneys have access to an extensive collection of both print and electronic research resources.
Sawyer Library

The Mildred F. Sawyer Library provides services to Suffolk University students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

The library also provides several ways for non-Suffolk affiliated users to access the Sawyer Library and its collections
Modern Theatre in Boston’s Theatre District

Suffolk University’s Modern Theatre programming advances the educational experience for our students; engages the community through cultural, social, and civic programming; promotes excellence and innovation in the arts; and entertains all who pass through our open doors. Our programming is intimate in scale, thoughtful in content, and contemporary in approach.

Ram Inclusion Week

Ram Inclusion Week is an annual series of events that recognize and strengthen one of Suffolk University’s defining assets - our diversity. From workshops and panel discussions to Black history trivia and a Queer- and BIPOC-owned small business fair, there’s a wide range of ways for students, faculty, and staff to celebrate Suffolk’s vibrant communities.

Our Mascot Rammy

In 1950, Suffolk athletics teams adopt the Rams name and acquire a mascot. The ram first named Hiram, was later renamed Rammy and continues to bring together the Suffolk community.

Employee Appreciation Breakfast

Every year, Suffolk University celebrates its esteemed faculty and staff with a special breakfast event in their honor. This annual tradition is our way of acknowledging and recognizing the invaluable contributions of Suffolk employees to our community.

Stahl Building

The Rosalie K. Stahl Building is located on the historic Freedom Trail, 2.5-mile–long path that leads through significant Boston landmarks in U.S. history.

Samia Center

One of our main academic buildings, the Leonard J. Samia Academic Center features general classrooms, collaborative learning classrooms, and science labs.

Sargent Hall Lobby

David J. Sargent Hall is home to our Law School and graduate Business School programs. Amenities include classrooms seating as few as 25 and as many as 30 students, our law library, three court rooms, and a cafeteria. The Suffolk community hosts events throughout the year in Sargent Hall ranging from student group performances to hosting speakers from both the Boston community and around the world.

Suffolk University Service Day

The Center for Community Engagement hosts an annual University-wide Service Day to bring Suffolk students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends together to make our community a better place. Together, we work in partnership with local nonprofit organizations in Greater Boston on critical community-based project.
