Innovators Will Live Here

101 Tremont

Suffolk is transforming the 11-story 101 Tremont Street office building into our sixth residence hall. Set to open in the 2026–2027 school year, this building will retain its historic character while offering students modernized living spaces.

This initiative will help us achieve our dual goals of accommodating 50% of our undergraduates on campus and relieving pressure on Boston’s housing market.
