Ordering Official Transcripts
The National Student Clearinghouse processes all requests for official Suffolk University College of Arts & Sciences and Sawyer Business School transcripts.
In compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Suffolk University issues official transcripts only with authorization from the student.
Costs and Services
Each official transcript costs $5. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and sent from the Office of the Registrar via first-class US mail. Students with outstanding financial obligations will not be issued an official transcript. For questions about financial holds, contact the Student Accounts Services by email or by phone at 617-573-8407.
Electronic PDF transcripts cost an additional $1.75 for digital signature and security features.

For the College of Arts & Sciences, Sawyer Business School, and Law School:
You must submit a written request to the Office of the Registrar and provide the following information:
- Name (Maiden Name, if applicable)
- Graduation Year
- Degree Earned
- Student ID Number (if known)
- Mailing Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address
