“Being always active has always been a top priority for me.”

Nikita's Suffolk Story
My story at Suffolk began in January 2018, when I entered school as a pathway student through the INTO program. It continues now that I’m an alum. Being always active has always been a top priority for me. I was fortunate enough to be a full-time student, which provided me with flexibility in terms of how I spent my time while not in class or completing homework.

That's why I have always engaged in student leadership roles, part-time roles in different Suffolk departments, national MBA case competitions, and volunteer projects across the Suffolk community. These opportunities provided me with a huge understanding of how things work in the U.S. as far as cultural aspects go, and what I should do when taking the next step in building my career.

Suffolk has always been generous to me, providing these learning opportunities at no extra cost. Now I feel it's my time to give back, which is why I volunteer as a graduate admission ambassador, RAMP mentor, and job shadowing host.

I look forward so much to the commencement celebrations. Thank you all for making this happen in person for the Class of 2020.
