Sean's Suffolk Story

Sean's Suffolk Story

My Suffolk Story started when I decided to enroll. It's been the best decision of my life. My story includes countless friends; I don't know where I'd be without them. I wanted to get involved at school, and Suffolk’s Student Government Association has allowed me to do that and become a leader.

Suffolk has given me an unbelievable number of opportunities that I don’t think I could have gotten anywhere else. I had two internships in my first two years here. I landed one of them when I was getting lunch near campus—where else can that happen? Being here has given me a tremendous opportunity to lead and to connect with all sorts of people. I’ve had an experience that has really been outstanding.

What really defines my time here, I think, are the connections and friends I’ve made. The people I live with now are people that I met here at Suffolk. It’s really been just a great place to learn. The city is outstanding. It means the world to me to be able to learn here, study here, and grow from all the opportunities I’ve had.
