The Suffolk University Athletics Department announces that 117 of the 185 student-athletes enrolled in full-time fall classes achieved a grade-point average of 3.0 or higher for the 2014 Fall Semester and were thus named to the Athletics Director’s Honor Roll.

Student-athletes for the 13 Rams varsity teams maintained an average GPA of 3.14 for the semester.

“This fall semester, our student-athletes have continued in carrying out the tradition of success we continue to uphold in the classroom,” said Director of Athletics Cary McConnell. "As proud as we are of their athletic accomplishments on the field, court and ice, we are more proud of what they are able to achieve in the classroom."

Of the 117 student-athletes listed there were seven who achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA for the semester:

• Glamarys Sierra (Volleyball)
• Adrianna Garrett (Women’s Tennis)
• Caleb Unni (Men’s Basketball)
• Farhad Mehrtash (Men’s Soccer)
• Brooke Heathco (Women’s Soccer)
• Sydney Littlefield (Softball)
• Worth Walrod (Baseball)
