New Issue of Salamander Literary Journal

The winter 2011-12 issue of Salamander, a literary journal edited by Professor Jennifer Barber and published by the English Department, has been released.

Salamander combines the best new work by writers now reaching artistic maturity with exciting new work by established writers.

The latest issue features fiction by 2011 contest winner Hester Kaplan and by Kelly Luce, who won honorable mention. Both authors were selected by Jim Shepard. Additional stories are by Rachel Kadish and Brandi Wells.

Salamander also presents new poetry by Jeanne Marie Beaumont, Benjamin Sutton, Brett Foster, Nancy Botkin, Nancy Carol Moody, Susan Goslee, Linda Katherine Cutting, Marie Gauthier, Katherine Hollander, Frannie Lindsay, Sarah Chace, Kathleen Balma, Albert Abonado, and many others.
